About the Owner

I’m Elaine Lockhart, the creator and caretaker of The Enchanted Alcove. I come from a lineage family tradition, where magic, intuition, and reverence for the unseen were woven into daily life from a young age. For more than 30 years, I’ve taught publicly—guiding students through Candle Magic, Herbal Magic, Oracle reading, spiritual development, and the quieter mysteries of the craft.

My students often describe me as “quiet power” and “like warm earth”—steady, grounded, and deeply intuitive. I take that as the highest compliment. My teaching and my creations both reflect that philosophy:
magic doesn’t need theatrics to be real; it needs authenticity, intention, and
respect.

Many of the items in this shop—oils, incense, decks, pendulum kits, charms, and seasonal offerings—are designed, crafted, or ritually blessed by me. Every piece carries a touch of my family’s traditions, decades of practical knowledge, and the intention to empower your own path.
