Return window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items:
Final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized items are not eligible for return. Please review product descriptions for details.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
